Hello, I’m Andy Mellors, Managing Director at Avanti West Coast.

Thank you for your interest in joining our online stakeholder webinar on Thursday 16 April 2026.

In this session, I’ll give you an update on how we’ve performed over the last financial year (April 2025 to March 2026), and our plans for the next 12 months. As always, we’ve included plenty of time to answer your questions, both pre-submitted and those asked on the day.

I’ll be sharing how Avanti West Coast continues to strengthen performance and services across our network, including the delivery of our new Evero fleet, and improved connectivity on routes such as Liverpool to London, the Midlands, Manchester and North Wales. I’ll also outline our plans for this year, focused on sustainable growth, improved reliability and long‑term value for taxpayers.

Collaboration remains central to our stakeholder engagement plan, as well as our mission to be the transport of choice for the customers and communities we serve. Please do use this opportunity to share your thoughts, reflection, suggestions for improvements and questions.
